Beautiful grand property located on the North Devon Coast with everything you need for the ultimate family holiday.

Situated in an elevated position at the end of a private road and overlooking the seaside town of Ilfracombe and the sea that surrounds it, close to the towns working harbour where visitors can watch the local fishermen come and go with the day's catch. Further around the coast, is the towns unique Tunnels Beach, and is exactly what the name suggests, a collection of sandy and shingle cliff backed beaches, accessed via a network of Victorian tunnels, offering a cafe, bar, picnic area, wetsuit area and tidal pool. The town has several well-regarded eateries and a range of interesting shops, as well as choice of fun boat trips, and an aquarium. You could also visit Combe Martin, Morethoe and Woolacombe.

Approaching the property via its own gravelled driveway you are greeted by this grand house. On entering the property, you will be greeted by the meeting room which has seating where you can enjoy the warmth. From here, the kitchen which has everything you need including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, freezer, coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge/diner is also on the ground floor, bright and airy open-plan room with seating for 8, large TV/DVD with Wii games console and then dining with distant sea views. The bedrooms consist of a ground floor king-size bedroom, this room also has a TV. There is also a convenient downstairs WC. Heading up to the first floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed, Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath with views out to sea. There is also a further double bedroom on this floor, also benefiting from sea views and an en-suite bathroom. A twin bedroom with feature fireplace and another family wet room are found on the first floor too.

Heading outside across the gravelled parking area, approached via a number of steps you will find the indoor heated swimming pool (available from 9am till 5pm), with changing room, WC and shower. There is also a great place to dine alfresco, complete with pizza oven and fire pit BBQ, sunbathe and relax on the rattan loungers or just sit and take in the superb view. Another spot to enjoy the views. Ample off-road parking outside the property. The property is accessed via an unmade lane and care must be taken
