Picturesque wooden lodge with enclosed terrace, set within six acres of countryside and woodland of which you are free to roam, relax in the sauna and hot tub, a perfect retreat whatever the occasion.

You will be well served within this peaceful oasis where you can relax by the natural swimming pool or stroll through the acres of mature woodland. You are just a short drive from the vibrant market town of Ledbury, where you will find an excellent choice of amenities offering good local food and crafts. Known for its unique black and white timber frame cottages, lying on the border of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, this ideal location showcases the region's finest country, and wealth of historic towns and villages, including the Malvern Hills, or Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester. For the best of both worlds, there is a train station just a short distance away to take a stress-free train ride on the direct Worcester and Hereford line to London.

Drive through the electric gates and into the woodland and as daylight appears again you will gain your first glimpse of the lodge. The wooden steps will lead you to the terrace where you can step inside to the lounge, a spacious room with comfortable sofas ready for you to sink into and relax after a day exploring, there is also a TV/DVD and wood burner for when the nights draw in. There is a kitchen/diner to the rear, the kitchen is well-equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, and a washing machine is found in the utility area. The dining area offers seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor and shower room with shower and WC. So, when the day is done, climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms. A king sized room to the front of the lodge with en-suite shower room and WC and an enclosed balcony that’s perfect for a morning coffee. There is a further double bedroom to the rear of the lodge with countryside views and en-suite shower room and WC.

Step outside onto the terrace at the rear of the property where there is seating for everyone to enjoy al fresco dining, a great BBQ, outdoor shower and private hot tub. You also have access to the natural outdoor swimming pool, and a shared sauna and shared gym. There is allocated off-road parking for two cars.

Due to the current situation, the gym and the sauna are currently closed. The outdoor swimming pool will be available to guests either on a rota system or with limited numbers.

This is a comfortable house in a great location. The site itself was quiet and tranquil despite there being three other rented properties and it's a perfect base for touring. Great to be able to sit on the porch and balcony even in the rain! The new owners were friendly and helpful and have lots of plans for improvement in the near future.
