Beautiful large property situated in the pretty village of Parkham, just a short drive from the main town of Bideford, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy all that North Devon has to offer.

Situated in the pretty village of Parkham you are just a short drive from all the delights North Devon has to offer. Bideford, with its traditional pannier market, independent shops, and range of well-regarded eateries, is a great place to enjoy a slice of authentic Devonshire life and is a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. The two-mile wide beach at Westward Ho! is just three miles away, as is the pretty village beach at Instow. A ferry runs from Instow, taking passengers across the estuary to the neighbouring fishing village of Appledore, where visitors will find several bistros and a pretty quay where they can watch the fishermen return with the day’s catch.

Enter in to the bright and airy entrance hall with armchair and space to leave your coats before exploring the rest of the property. To the right of the entrance hall one step will take you to the spacious lounge with comfy sofas, Smart TV with basic Sky package and warming woodburner, perfect for those cooler evenings. This room is flooded with light from the two patio doors leading to the garden. Located directly off from the hall is a useful storage cupboard as well as a utility area with both washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a useful door to the garden. Exploring the property further you will find the open plan kitchen/dining space where one step up leads to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A door from the kitchen then takes you into a bright hallway with a small sofa and patio doors to the garden. Each of the properties 4 bedrooms can be accessed from here. First is the beautiful master bedroom with super-king size bed, en-suite and walk in wardrobe and small seating area. Next is a bright twin bedroom (zip-and-link which can be super-king on request), a second super-king-size (zip-and-link which can be twin on request), and a small double. Completing the accommodation is the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside to the front of the property is a large sloped driveway with ample parking, the large garden encircles the property offering a mix of level lawns and patio areas, with garden furniture and benches there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the summer sun, or why not relax in your own private hot tub with a glass of wine or dine alfresco in the state of the art BBQ hut. There is a garage which has been converted into a games room with a dart board and pool table, perfect for the younger guests

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The bungalow was amazing and very clean and tidy! Well equipped and the hamper and wine /prosecco was such a lovely touch! The pub at the end of the drive is amazing and lovely food! We wil defo be back! Xx Jemma

Lovely place to stay comfy beds beautiful decor well equipped and some lovely surprises left for us. Weather wasnt great so we stayed in and just chilled out. The hot tub was fab ,the barbecue hut is amazing and the games room kept my son busy. Our 3 little dogs loved the enclosed garden had loads of fun playing chase.

Perfect in every way. Gorgeously comfy beds and crisp linen. Hot tub and bbq hut great fun. The Pool table and darts made the break even more fun. The owners have thought of everything down to providing dishwasher tabs, washing powder, dog bowls, tea coffee, salt and pepper. Also provided was a lovely hamper of goodies.
