Walk the Conwy Castle Walls, reach the top of the Great Orme by foot or cable car, go go karting at Glan y Gors or join the coastal path for majestic sea views. Within easy driving distance to Snowdonia National Park and major attractions such as Zip World and National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens. This stunning property is full of surprises and all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Refurbished in 2019, with underfloor heating, exposed stone walls and beams that allude to the charm and quality throughout the property.

Enter through the oak beamed porch into the snug with comfortable sofas, contemporary wood burner effect electric fire and Smart TV, a lovely space to relax and unwind after a long day out. Walk through to the breath-taking kitchen with wonderful oak beams, granite work tops, electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with the dining table taking centre stage, perfect for everyone to gather round and enjoy time together over a meal. This beautiful room flows through to the lounge, flooded with natural light and fabulous views, relax on the velvet sofas, open the bi-folding doors to let the outside in and plan your holiday activities. For cosy nights in, light the wood burner, and after dinner play board games for your evening’s entertainment, watch a film on the Smart TV or head outside to the games barn. Heading back through to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, leading to a shower room with shower and WC. Wonderfully comfortable and luxurious accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Hot tub was a great bonus after those long walks.

A very luxurious and comfortable house in a rural yet convenient location with lovely views from every window. Hot tub and table tennis in the open barn were very welcome. Very well equipped and designed for a family get together. We all had a lovely weekend and would give this house 10/10 and 5 stars and wouldnt hesitate to recommend and return.

Both the property an location were beautiful. The property was decorated to the highest standard and had stylish touches through out Whilst maintaining its rustic character. The property was dog friendly as stated and our boy loved having the space outside to run around the grounds with us safe in the knowledge there was no way he could get out. Just back from wonderful holiday @ y daflod in north Wales. Great area with so much choice of things to do, even for teenagers! Great house! Very luxurious and comfy. Done really well. The games barn is a great addition with table tennis and a great jacuzzi. Great host as well with very quick response times and extremely helpful. We will be staying again soon!
