For a range of shops and more places to eat, head to neighbouring Wells-next-the-Sea, a great place to join one of the boat trips which depart from the town’s harbour. The beach is situated just outside the town and boasts a wonderful stretch of fine golden sand, pine trees and beach huts.
Guests entering this charming cottage arrive in the hallway which features its very own grandfather clock. The kitchen/diner is the first room to the left, the kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The dining area has a large table with enough seating for five guests, providing a perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Further along is the lounge which boasts comfortable seating, along with a cosy wood burner set within the original fireplace, perfect to relax in front of on those chillier nights. After a busy day exploring, catch up with your favourite programme on the smart TV or relax with a good book and listen to background music from the radio. For added convenience there is also a separate WC. Making your way up the stairs you'll find the three bedrooms, a single and two doubles. Completing this floor is the family bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside via the back door is the perfect sized garden offering a peaceful place for you to unwind and soak up the sun. There is enough seating for all on the patio including a bench and table and chairs.
There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the property and wooden gates but please be advised this a shared courtyard with the next door cottage.
