This stylish property is located conveniently in the centre of the pretty village of Buckland Brewer with all amenities just a stroll away. A few miles north of the village, the town of Bideford is an interesting place to spend the day, wandering the cobbled streets, enjoying one of the numerous eateries, and exploring the range of independent shops. Just a little further away, and within a fifteen-minute drive of the property, is the huge sandy beach at Westward Ho! which makes it popular with families and water sports enthusiasts alike.

Enter through the front door into the spacious lounge, with wood burner and cosy seating this is the perfect place to sit and relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Going through to the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a dining table to seat four. Heading up the stairs to the first floor to a surprisingly large master bedroom with a king-size bed and ample storage. The second bedroom is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). There is a further small room with a collection of books and games, along with a TV with game console to keep the younger guests entertained. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside is a small courtyard area with a bistro table and chairs, steps lead up to a gravelled area with a picnic bench and small charcoal BBQ. There is roadside parking outside of the property (this is subject to availability)
