A lovingly maintained family cottage on the outskirts of the village. Benefitting a fantastic rear garden, with views from the front of the house of the countryside, this really is a wonderfully located cottage for a relaxing holiday. The nearest village is a short walk away where you will find a sweet local village shop and pub. Nestled between Bembridge and Seaview you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to selecting the destination for your beach day. The larger seaside towns of Ryde and Sandown are only a short drive away. Wonderful walks can be enjoyed through the large, open National Trust area, which commands some of the loveliest views on the island. Also stop by Osborne House and the yachting town of Cowes east and west with their long promenades and the expansive Parkhurst Forest, a haven for red squirrels.

Immediately as you pull up to this cottage, you are instantly taken in by the breath-taking location, just on the outskirts of St Helens, on a pretty county road, you truly are in the heart of the countryside, ideal for dogs with the endless walks right on your doorstep. The entrance hall is an inviting space to hang your coat and store your wellie boots. The cosy lounge, complete with wood burner, even comes with a built-in doggy bed for your four-legged friends. With a TV/DVD, this is the perfect place to sit and relax of an evening, whilst the wood burner flickers. The kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, sits behind the lounge where you can cook up a storm. The Sun room is just off the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy those meals conjured up in the kitchen, whilst taking in the views of the rear garden and the rolling green lands towards the front of the house. Heading up to the first floor is where you will find the bedrooms, a king and a twin, along with the family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
