Enjoying spectacular views over Fistral beach this stylish and well appointed elegant regency-style terraced house is situated on the Pentire Headland in a private security-gated development.

This tastefully designed property welcomes visitors with breath-taking views of Fistral Beach at the southern end of Newquay. A ten minute walk away is the town centre with its pubs, restaurants and interesting shops. If you can drag yourself away from playing on the beach at Fistral, why not venture further afield for a great meal at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen in Watergate Bay. You could take an amble along the South West Coast Path to discover Crantock Bay, Perranporth, St Agnes and beyond quite easily.  Other large attractions in the local area are Newquay Zoo, Newquay Aquarium, a short cycle along the Camel River from Padstow, Bedruthan Steps or even Tintagel Castle.

On entering the property you are welcomed onto the ground floor, home to a hallway with a well-equipped, spacious utility room that comes complete with a large fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, sink, storage space and a cupboard for coats and outdoor wear. Also on this floor is the king-size bedroom with a TV and DVD. Nearby is a shower room with double power shower and WC. Up the stairs, the first floor is a fine example of open living with a dual aspect spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge comes equipped with a gas fire, TV, DVD, hi-fi, two sofas and French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. There is also a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal at. The roomy kitchen is at the rear of the first floor and offers a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with an ice compartment. Outside the kitchen there is the main entrance from the garden path.  Up another flight of stairs and the final floor hosts a second king-size bedroom with a TV and a spectacular view overlooking Fistral beach and Newquay Golf course. Also on this floor is another bedroom with twin beds, a TV and DVD. The bathroom is found close by with a shower over the bath and a WC and sink.

From the lounge/kitchen/diner a Juliet balcony welcomes unspoilt ocean views. To the rear of the property is a spacious south-facing enclosed garden with seating and BBQ to enjoy an outdoor feast plus a lockable storage cupboard for surfboards and beach equipment. Enjoy sunsets to the west and see if you can hear the waves crashing against the nearby shore.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We have stayed at this cottage 3 or 4 times over the past 10 years. We love the property location, the beds are comfortable and the enclosed garden is perfect for our dog.

We have stayed at Headland House for several years. It is a lovely house with fabulous views overlooking Fistral Beach. The location is amazing. It has easy access to the beach and walking distance of central Newquay, whilst being in the quieter part of Newquay. It is close to Pentire and Crantock Beach too. We love the house.

This really is a great house in a great location. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little tired but thats nothing really. The facilities and the equipment were ample. We stayed with a toddler and didnt realise that the stairs lead to the ground floor from the living room which was a small issue, however we just blocked the stairs off as bRead moreest we could and never took our eyes off him. We have a lovely stay at this property in June 19. Had plenty of room , it is a little bit dated but didnt matter to much. Wouldnt recommend location for elderly as quite a hilly work to the town and to beach. Couldnt take our pram down to the beach so bare that in mind for little ones! Gorgeous views across to the sea and headland hotel, would recRead moreommend having a coffee or lunch there. Hide

Great position and lovely view of Fistral bay. Nice facilities in the house with a decent kitchen and even a barbecue set in the shed! Not far to walk in from the house to the town or beaches.
