A cosy cottage with a nautical theme, just a short walk from East Cowes ferry terminal and Marina. This is the perfect location, with various bars restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. A car isn’t an essential as you can hop on the red jet, or even sail into the marina by boat. There are so many things to do and see here, with the historic Osborne house just up the road and Maritime museum nearby. If being out on the water is more your thing, then why not check out the waterfront campus in Cowes offering sailing and water sport activities.
On arrival into the cottage you are instantly greeted by the lounge, benefiting from a TV and cosy seating. The moment you arrive you are welcomed by the feeling of love, coming from the thoughtful renovations to the cottage. Walking through into the kitchen/diner you’ll come to the spacious dining room, boasting a dining table to seat the whole family, while the kitchen is well-equipped with a range style electric oven and hob. From here through the double doors is the utility area where you will find the fridge/freezer and washing machine, this also leads out to the pretty garden. The lovely family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, one king-size, which boasts views on to the garden and over to West Cowes, and one twin room (which can be made into a double on request)
The well-maintained outdoor area is such a pretty space to sit out and take in the holiday atmosphere, from early morning sunrises with a cup of coffee to late evening sunsets sipping a chilled glass of wine. At the top of the garden from the deck, you may even catch a glimpse of a mast from one of the boats down at the harbour. Roadside parking is available (subject to availability).
