Situated in the village of Southrepps, there is a popular, traditional style pub offering a range of cask ales and food, along with a selection of shops all within walking distance of the property. The stunning North Norfolk coast is only a short drive away, boasting vast expanses of sandy beaches, quaint seaside villages and spectacular scenery, perfect for a family day out or a long walk. Also, within easy reach is the picturesque Georgian town of Holt, the traditional seaside resort of Cromer, the Norfolk broads at Wroxham and for a range of shops, restaurants and history, why not visit Norwich for the day.

On entering the property, guests arrive in the hallway which leads to the lounge area featuring sofas, a wood burner, TV/DVD with PS3 and a Nintendo Wii, providing the ideal area to relax and unwind in. The dining area just off from the lounge provides the perfect area for the family to enjoy an evening meal together at the table which comfortably seats up to six guests. The kitchen is located next to the dining room and is well-equipped boasting an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. On the ground floor you will also have a shower room with WC, perfect to freshen up after a long day out at the beach. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, at one end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings. Bedroom two, at the other end of the hallway, is perfect for children with its twin beds and next door is bedroom three, a double room also featuring plenty of storage space. The bathroom is also on this floor and features a bath and WC.

The outside area is at the rear of the property and has a good-sized enclosed garden with table and chairs, providing the perfect setting for some al fresco dining in the evening. There is off-road parking for one car and on street parking is available.

Really lovely cottage near the church. Nicely decorated for Christmas and the hosts left us some lovely Christmas gifts which was a nice touch. Cottage is clearly loved with some really attractive crockery and glassware that just shows the care and attention put into it, WiFi excellent. Lovely property full of character and very comfortable. Well equipped. Quiet village location, great playground and excellent pub, village shop and lovely church, friendly neighbours. Not far to the coast, some historic houses and a heritage railway.

Lovely cottage fantastic location clean and tidy had everything a family would need, great pub Vernon Arms 100yards away, beautiful village beach 10 minutes away highly recommended.We enjoyed our stay we love Southrepps definitely would come back.

Lovely cottage in lovely area. Great pub down the lane which has great food and dog friendly. It was a great place to visit various towns and beaches. Cottage was lovely and comfortable and log burner was great for a chilly evening.

Lovely cottage in a super quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the crockery colours. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The teens appreciated the wii and large dvd collection on a rainy afternoon. Excellent secure garden for the dog, would definitely stay again.

We were honoured to be able to stay in this beautiful property. It has a delightful cottage 'feel' to it yet it's surprisingly spacious. The cleanliness was of a very high standard and it smelled fresh. We took our dog with us and the secure garden gave us the pleasure of letting her out without having to follow her every move. The cottage was spotless, cosy and extremely well equipped. Southrepps is a lovely quiet village 15 minutes drive from Cromer and only 40 minutes to The Broads. The Vernon Arms pub in the village serves good quality food and was very welcoming with a live folk night every other Thurs. The local shop was also well stocked and very handy.
