Walkers and wildlife lovers can enjoy the coastal and countryside walks direct from the property, the Quantock Hills and Brendon Hills are within a short drive. The quaint village of Porlock and the medieval town of Dunster, with its National Trust castle, are well worth a visit. Exmoor National Park, famous for some of the most breathtaking scenery is less than 1 mile. Likewise the South West Coast Path is easily accessible from Blue Anchor.
The beautiful accommodation is approached via a few steps down from the garden, views of which can be enjoyed from the property. Upon entering the single story property you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, in the summer you can open the patio doors to let the outside in and in the cooler months create a cosier feel with the contemporary electric effect fire. Here you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite TV programme or DVD. The well-equipped kitchen/dining area has an electric oven, fridge with ice-compartment, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer which is perfect for breakfast and light suppers. From the lounge area you will enter into the double bedroom. There is also a delightful shower room with WC at the other end of the living area.
