We found the Garden Lodge was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. Nigel and Paula were very helpful and informative.

Garden Lodge itself is without doubt outstanding in every respect. That coupled with the very warm welcome that Paula and Nigel provide makes it a certain winner (note everything regarding COVID requirements was spot on too). The wonderful location, with beach and smashing walks readily available, means I shall be returning again next spring.

Booked for first week after lockdown. One bedroom accommodation which surpassed our expectations. Spotlessly cleaned before arrival and sanitiser on entrance showed how serious Nigel and Paula take their new responsibilities. Perfect location for a relaxed break. Nigel suggested a few circular walks which took us through the different scenery of thRead moree Somerset county. The walk uphill to Selworthy beacon is slightly! more challenging than he let on. Worth it in the end. Great hosts Hide

The location of the cottage was a few yards from the GWR Steam Railway and a few yards further to the beach at Blue Anchor. We purchased a `Freedom Of The Line` ticket each so we made full use of this. Going up and down the line and getting on and off at our leisure. We had a thoughrally good holiday.
