Nestling in a quiet rural setting and accessed via pretty Cornish country lanes, the property is a perfect retreat for couples. This delightful converted barn has been lovingly fitted and furnished taking inspiration from the local area.

Ideally situated with  a choice of three traditional pubs close by and offers lovely countryside walks . Only a short drive from the fishing villages and traditional coves  that hug the south Cornish coast including Looe and Polperro, and just slightly further the expansive beach of Whitsand Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the stunning South West Coast Path and scenic Bodmin Moor or pay a visit to the picture postcard villages of Lanreath and Lerryn where you can enjoy a relaxed pub lunch and river walks to nearby Fowey. Other attractions accessible from here include Lanhydrock House, Sibleyback Lake and Cardinham Woods, and a little further away but still within easy reach, the world-renowned Eden Project is a must-see for visitors to the area.

Step inside this stunning property which you will discover boasts a fabulous vaulted ceiling and exposed beams throughout, you will find yourself in the cosy and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This lovely sociable space offers a TV and a DAB CD/radio to relax to after a day exploring, and a warming wood burner. A perfect area is provided to enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out or a hearty meal after a day exploring. Compact yet brilliantly appointed, the kitchen area is also perfectly presented and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and a dishwasher. Completing the offering inside the property and handily arranged on the same level as the living accommodation is a lovely king-size bedroom and a contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Accessed via a glass door from the kitchen area and located outside, a lovely suntrap patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment, this provides a lovely venue for al fresco dining in warm weather. Private off-road parking is located directly outside the property.

We had a brilliant holiday at Harvest Barn. This was the second time we have stayed there as it is such a nice barn and holiday location. We had a lovely stay. The property was spotless the owners very helpful without being intrusive. Comprehensive guide with all you would need to know about the property, amenities and surrounding area. Wi-Fi and phone signal poor but was that really a bad thing. Would highly recommend .

We were after a quiet location to be able to relax in the evening after a day hiking and visits villages and attractions in Cornwall. We got exactly that well maintained and equipped owners were welcoming and with a some gifts including scones, clotted cream, jam, Cornish shortbread and tea. We had the most wonderful stay at Brambles Barn. Keeley and Nigel are wonderful hosts. On arrival we had a lovely surprise of scones, Cornish shortbread and treats and a tennis ball for our dog Marley. The cottage was immaculate and we felt at home straight away. This is a lovely barn conversion for two people with all the amenities you need. We appreciated the woodburner on cool spring evenings. The owners are friendly hosts and the cream tea which they provided was really appreciated. The property is remote and so is very peaceful. However, you really must follow the owners route recommendations as some oRead moref the other routes are barely passable. A wonderful get away for two, with lovely Cornish touches. The bed is possibly the comfiest we've ever slept on and the SatNav took us right to the correct location. Keeley and Nigel couldn't have been more helpful and were superb hosts

We couldn't have found a better cottage! Keely and Nigel were so welcoming and have thought of everything in terms of the facilities but there were so many extra touches that were very thoughtful - for us and our dog. Brambles Barn is just as lovely as the photographs. It's surrounded by beautiful countryside and is blissfully peaceful. Nigel & Keely made us feel very welcome and were wonderful hosts. The fresh scones cream & jam together with tea & fresh milk on our arrival were greatly appreciated. The information folder is very comprehensive and concise. A very comfortable cottage that is well appointed. We were made welcome and some supplies were kindly waiting for us. The location is ideal for exploring that part of Cornwall. Make sure that you follow the advised directions and do not follow the sat navigation.

This was a last minute find, and oh boy what a find, lovely cream tea, flowers and doggy treats on arrival. Keeley greeted us and we have to say we will stay here again, the dog lived the run around the orchard. Highly recommend.

A beautifully refurbished and furnished barn in a stunning location Keeley and Nigel made us very welcome and the welcome pack included a cream tea, plus dog treats and ball for our cockapoo. The bed was the most comfortable we have had in any holiday cottage. Highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Like home from home, lovely fresh flowers and cream tea and treats and a ball for the pooch for us on arrival. Everything has been thought of. Only a short drive to looe, polperro and fowey. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you.
