This cottage was one of the best we have stayed in, so clean and fully equipped for all our needs. I use a wheelchair and can honestly say that I found both inside and out really accessible. Our hosts Leigh and Steve couldn't have been more welcoming and we plan to return next year.

A lovely place to stay with everything you need supplied, the owners Leigh and Steve were very friendly and helpful. A great place if youre not mobile plenty of room and great wet room. You should do your homework on where shops and pubs are as they are a drive away but we didnt find that a problem, all in all a great holiday.

Erics cottage is a charming annex to the Owners property in a small North Norfolk village . It is beautifully appointed, clean and bright. The owners left fresh flowers, local honey( which can be purchased from down the road) and biscuits for us. A delightful stay in the Norfolk Countryside.
