Enjoy a memorable break at this unique location, the beautiful gardens, river and Monsal Dale are all on the doorstep, so leave the car at home and head off exploring the beautiful surroundings.

From your doorstep, you can cross the river and walk up the footpath to the popular Monsal Trail, a traffic free route for walkers, cyclists and horse riders through some of the Peak District’s most spectacular limestone dales. The pretty villages of Litton and Tideswell are nearby and host an array of amenities for you to enjoy such as pubs, cafes and shops. A short drive away are the delightful country historic houses of Chatsworth House and Gardens and Haddon Hall, don’t forget to stop at the farm shop and stock up on local goodies. Buxton is a famous spa town and home of the Buxton Opera House which hosts many cultural events throughout the year.
