Stunning original bothy within The Fasque Castle Estate, has fabulous private garden area and views across the deer park.

This is an ideal base to explore this beautiful region. The property is just outside the pretty ancient village of Fettercairn with its Royal Arch which was Queen Victoria’s preferred route to Balmoral. There are lots of fantastic places to walk from your doorstep to explore the estate including the private chapel and resident deer. It is also a great location to explore the Cairngorms and Glens and beautiful coastal beaches. If you fancy a tipple, head to the Fettercairn Distillery to learn more about the Scotch Whiskey which will warm you up even on the coldest days.

Entering the property you will walk into the large hallway, with wall to ceiling glass entrance with seating area and views across the Deer park. There is a separate WC just off the entrance and down two steps you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine and dishwasher. There is a utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large dining table adjacent to the kitchen area with views across the garden. The lounge area has comfy seating, with Smart TV, sound bar and Sono Music system. There are sliding patio doors which open up onto a patio area with views across the woodland and open countryside. Headed back into the hall there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a lovely twin bedroom and a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) completing the ground floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.. From the hallway head up the spiral staircase to find the third bedroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room with WC, this bedroom has fabulous velux windows which open up into a cabrio balcony overlooking the gardens.

The garden area has a fabulous patio and lawn for all the family to enjoy. There is private off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
