Heading to the right we have the snug, which is equipped with a TV, Xbox 360, Wii and a selection of DVDs. Further down the hall is a shower room with shower and WC. Heading back down the stairs and back along the corridor we enter the part of the house which begins with the new contemporary country-style kitchen, equipped with an island, electric oven and hob, Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and still retains the original beams and features, pulley clothes system. Down a few steps is the dining room which has an oak table, ideal for a family meal and with a lovely wood burner effect gas fire which is built into the wall and can be used here and in the lounge. In the lounge you will find the best place to unwind after a day out and relax in front of the TV with Sky standard package. The huge beams and ceilings are still retained, and you feel the size of the room once you enter. At the base of the lounge is an old-fashioned desk with plenty of games stored inside. Up on the mezzanine level above the lounge is snug area with a leather sofa and armchair which is an ideal place to enjoy a good book. Along a small hallway from the lounge is the bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC. At the end of the hall is the double bedroom. Leaving the back of the lounge on the ground floor you will find the conservatory which has two sofas and two armchairs followed by the games area. Here you will find a pool table, dart board, TV, arcade game unit and your own built in bar with bar stools.

Heading up the stairs to the first floor we come to three bedrooms. The first is a king-size room with en-suite shower room and WC.
