This beautifully presented coastal home boasts impeccable design and comfortable furnishings throughout, is perfectly situated for exploring the whole of South Devon and beyond and provides a relaxed break for couples and families.

Perched in the middle of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of the jewels in the English Riviera’s crown and loved for its friendly atmosphere, lively pier and colourful beach huts. Paignton Beach offering a long stretch of sand is a firm family favourite, and the famous pier, packed with amusements, provides entertainment for all ages. At the southern end of the town is the 18th century Paignton Harbour, offering day trips along the rugged Devon coastline, as well as wildlife and fishing; or alternatively take a trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway which runs from Paignton Train Station. Other attractions easily accessible from here include Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, Agatha Christie's Greenway House, Dartmoor National Park and the stunning cathedral city of Exeter.

Step inside this stunning coastal home where you will find a spacious hallway, with a separate cloakroom/WC, leading through to the kitchen/diner. Venturing outside and to the rear you will find a delightful enclosed patio with a decked area, outside storage and garden furniture, and here you can dine outside when the weather permits or relax in the sun without having to venture to the beach. Private off-road parking for one car is provided in the garage along with parking in the driveway, and additional visitors parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
