With two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities a short stroll away, it is a great base for any holiday. Located in the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafés, amusements, and a championship golf course.

Upon entering this unique reverse level house, the ground floor offers four stylish bedrooms; two doubles both with en-suite shower rooms and WC, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Of these, the master double boasts a Smart TV and French doors which lead out onto the rear garden. You will also find a cosy snug/garden room with patio doors into the garden with a Smart TV. The ground floor is completed by the spacious family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. A large cupboard here also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Then, heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the perfect backdrop for planning your next days adventures. The facilities allow you to cook up a storm in the superb kitchen area, with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The fabulous lounge area offers stylish soft furnishings, Smart TV and bi-folding doors so you can sit back and relax with your favourite programme, or simply soak up the views.

Venturing outside, you are spoilt for choice with a balcony and seating, truly perfect for al fresco dining and drinks on a summers evening.
