With a spacious and modern feel, this recently renovated detached bungalow is an ideal base from which to explore the very popular seaside resort of Cromer and the surrounding areas.

Set just above the town and only 200 metres from the centre of Cromer , this property has easy access to the local shops, pubs, cafes and bars. There is also the Pavilion Theatre with regular shows located on the pier itself or take the family to watch a film at the Regal Movieplex Cinema. The Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Other nearby attractions include Holkham Hall, Amazona Zoo, RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve, as well as the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. Keen golfers will be in their element with two courses nearby: Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club.

Steps lead up to the entrance to this property and you first arrive in the spacious entrance hall. Immediately on your left is the dining room where can comfortably seat eight guests; patio doors lead from here out onto a balcony from which you can see the sea. Why not open the doors and let the summer breeze in whilst you dine with family and friends? The large kitchen area is accessed from the dining room and, to cater for large groups at dinner time, you have use of two electric ovens and hobs, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. There is a breakfast island in the middle of the kitchen which has three bar stools and another table and chairs for up to four guests. There is a TV in the kitchen, so why not catch up on the news whilst preparing your breakfast before you head out for a day of fun? The lounge is located opposite the kitchen and has two large sofas and two sofa chairs, along with a TV should you wish to catch up on your favourite shows. There is a conservatory which you access from the lounge and this has a sofa and two arm chairs and a table, so a perfect place to play some board games. Down the hallway is a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) with plenty of storage space and a TV. Next is another king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). and a further king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite shower room and WC. The family bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a bath with shower over and WC. To the front of the property is a balcony area with garden furniture and to the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden with two sets of garden furniture offering guests plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. There is garage parking for two cars and off-road parking for one small car.

Cromer Vista is a modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable bungalow. The welcome package was thoughtful. Access to the front door is by steps. Great situation. Only a short walk to the town and beach. Lots of nice places to eat at nearby. We were unlucky with the weather but still had a wonderful time.

Cottage was very lovely but accessibility was a slight problem as all 3 entrances were via fairly steep steps. My 89 year old mother required help with these steps. It would not be suitable for wheelchairs. I must reiterate that the property itself was excellent though
