Relax in this beautiful detached family home with a spacious garden, games room, open-plan kitchen/diner, two lounge’s and all perfectly situated within close proximity of a fantastic beach and local shops.

Situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea just a short walk from the beach. Spend your days walking the miles of sands or along the Sutton on Sea to Mablethorpe promenade. Mablethorpe has ‘Kids Adventure World’ ideal visit for those wet days whilst Skegness offers entertainments for all ages with Europe’s biggest classic ferris wheel, Hardy’s animal farm, the North Sea Observatory and Natureland Seal Sanctuary to name a few. Well positioned for towns such as Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston which are all within easy access. There are castles, country houses, windmills and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history.

Step into the hallway, through the glass door and notice the beautiful quarry tiles underneath your feet. Take off your coat and shoes and head through to the lounge with comfy seating, open fire and TV, not forgetting the huge bay window letting the light flood in overlooking the garden.
