Stunning townhouse with views in the distance of the Cumbria fells. The beach and marina are just a few minutes’ walk from your front door and this property is a great base to explore the Lake District. A perfect retreat for families and friends to catch up.

Lovingly restored three-storey townhouse in the heart of Maryport, just a stone’s throw to the beach, town and marina. The property has lots of character and has retained lots of original features. There are plenty of activities in the local area to suit all the family. Why not visit the aquarium or try your skilla at click and climb indoor climbing centre.

Walking in the front door you will enter the welcoming hallway. Your eye will be drawn towards the lovely staircase and stained glass window on the landing. On the ground floor ,you will find a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Next door there is a formal dining room with lovely views over the square and open fire. Heading up to the first floor you will find a double bedroom with en-suite with shower and WC. Next door there is a large bright lounge with two large windows overlooking the square and the fells in the distance. There is an attractive marble open fire, Smart TV and Sonos music system which is linked through the house. Heading up to the second floor, there are a further two bedrooms, a twin and a double which has a Smart TV. There is also a family bathroom on this level with underfloor heating which features a free-standing bath, separate shower and WC . There is also the unique feature of an open fire at the foot of the bath, perfect to kick back and relax after a day out walking and exploring the lakes! There is also a storage cupboard where you will find a washing machine.

From the ground floor there is access out into a private courtyard which has seating and a charcoal BBQ. There is plentiful parking on the square where the house is located.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The perfect property in the perfect location. Highly recommend 2 Fleming Square and also Maryport. A hidden gem.

Beautiful, well appointed and spacious house. Smart TVs and sound system. Lots to see and do in neighbouring areas and close to the beach. All humans and dogs throughly enjoyed their time away.

Very pleasant property, very comfortable, met our needs, located close to the beach, also the coastal walkway, lovely long promenade, ideal for exercising our dogs. All in all a very relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home. Even loo rolls provided. Such a nice, comfy but luxurious property furnished to a high standard.

"Autism friendly Folks" This house is beautiful, spacious, unfussy & homely. Open fires in most rooms were a blessing throughout our rainy week. Very cosy indeed. Its located in a quiet area & the house gives plenty of space & privacy which was great for my 23 yr old Autistic son. He had a lot of fun with the Alexa sound system. I wud highly recommend this three storey townhouse it is spacious and luvley and clean and it has everything and more in the kitchen you don't need to take anything with you. It also has a shower and towels outside for your dogs.. The bathroom is exceptionally nice and ensuite bathroom is beautiful with a luvley relaxing living room.. Just around tRead morehe corner is the beach its luvley and the shops bars and takeaways are just down the road it's the perfect place to stay.. We give it 5 stars. Hide
