The truly unspoilt Regency coastal resort of Sidmouth forms part of the Jurassic Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the property a stroll through Sidmouth Byes takes you into the town where you will find an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, together with a ‘picture-postcard’ esplanade that overlooks a pebble and partly sandy beach. The impressive floral display of Connaught Gardens separates the esplanade from the additional mile-long beach at Jacob’s Ladder and even further sea and sand can be enjoyed at Exmouth and Lyme Regis, both within a short drive. Other attractions nearby include the picturesque coastal villages of Beer, Branscombe and Seaton; Crealy Adventure Park, the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, the Donkey Sanctuary and numerous National Trust properties.

Step inside this pretty property and you will firstly find yourself in the beautifully light and spacious entrance hall with coat and boot storage. This useful area is open-plan with the perfectly appointed kitchen and this boasts a double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and also a washing machine. From here, venture further into the property where you will discover an impeccably styled dining room which provides the perfect venue for relaxed family meals. There is a handy ground-floor WC. James and Abbie are very helpful. Very impressed with Sundown. A lovely, clean, comfortable, home from home! Beautiful garden, plenty of sun and shade. Sundown is well situation near the Byes which ideal for lots of lovely walks. It was very clean and nicely decorated with a good sized enclosed garden with games room. Sundown is perfect for Walking into Sidmouth along The Byes, Sidmouth its safe is so nice with all the little shops, plenty of coffee shops, So close to Donkey Sanctuary, Budleigh Salterton , Greendale Farm Shop, 4x4 experience at Honiton . 2nd time staying at Sundown excellent as it was the first time we stayed last year. Lovely accommodation within easy access via the Byes to Sidmouth. A fantastic base to explore Sidmouth & surroundings areas. The house is wonderfully decorated & has everything you need. It is well placed to walk into Sidmouth along the Byes & to go on day trips in the area. Garden is dog friendly & the pool table in the garden room is a great idea! Thoroughly recommend the house.

The house is very well equipped for your holiday stay and has a lovely sized garden. The property is in a very nice area and local to everything you need, walks for the dogs, pub and supermarket in walking distance. Parking in the drive for one car, but there is space on the road too.

Gorgeous, spacious house with lovely coastal-themed decor, hi- tech touches, luxuriously comfortable beds and comfy sofas and large enclosed garden. Perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful Byes River walk to the sea - we loved our stay here - as did our dog! Highly recommended.

Nice property and a good location if you are a dog walker. Garden is great for both kids and dogs, although some building work was being carried out on an adjacent property which spoiled the privacy a little. No standard TV so if you are an avid soap fan it is a bit of a problem; you can always find something to watch though.
