This spacious property is approached by a private lane and is situated in the heart of a working sheep farm, set amongst open countryside and 70 acres of farmland. Upon entering the beautiful single storey accommodation via two external steps, you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys far reaching countryside views on both sides of the room and benefits from an electric fire. In the summer you can open the patio doors to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa's and watch the seasons change while watching your favourite programme on the TV/DVD. The kitchen area has an gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There are two immaculate bedrooms, a king-size with the added benefit of an en-suite shower and WC and a twin (which can be made into a king-size zip-and-link on request at the point of booking). The contemporary bathroom has a bath and WC.
Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden which overlooks the surrounding fields, great for both you and your four-legged friends to relax in. There is a raised decked area where guests will find seating and a charcoal BBQ making it a perfect spot to enjoy a al fresco dining, or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night, when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies.
For your four-legged friends there is also the added benefit of an outside kennel situated within the garden, so if you wish to visit an attraction, or pub that doesn’t receive dogs you are welcome to leave them in the kennel.
