Situated close to Weybourne village centre, this is the perfect retreat for families and friends to enjoy some time together and explore everything North Norfolk has to offer. Situated within walking distance from pubs, shops and the beach, you can also venture into the beautifully traditional seaside town of Sheringham, offering something for all the family. Why not hop on the North Norfolk steam train and visit the gorgeous Georgian Town of Holt, full of independent boutique shops, more pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The Dinosaur Adventure Park is located within driving distance too, which is a fantastic fun filled family day out. Also, within a short drive, is a highly regarded 18-hole golf course which runs alongside the cliffs and coastline offering fantastic views.

As you enter this newly refurbished bungalow, you arrive into the hallway which to your left is the open plan living and dining area. The living area has two large sofas ideal to watch the large wall mounted smart television above a wide feature fire, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. There is a dining table and six chairs which provides the ideal spot for meal with loved ones. The conservatory is off from the living area and has a further sofa and two armchairs and the views across the fields behind the enclosed garden provide a lovely backdrop. Back to the front of the property the well-equipped modern kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as another table and four chairs should you want to have a light breakfast and plan the day ahead. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of storage for belongings, then there is a double bedroom with built-in cupboards and finally a twin room which can be made up to another double room on request should this be your preference. There is a family bathroom which has bath, separate shower and WC.  There is also a handy separate WC. To the rear of the property is a private garden room with a 2 seater sofa with views out to the fields and windmill.

There is a garden at the front of the property and a large enclosed garden to the rear of the property providing wonderful views over the countryside. There is a table and chairs here for guests to enjoy soaking up some sun or some al-fresco dining.

This bungalow is spacious and comfortable. It is the second time we have stayed here. Great location fir visiting the Norfolk coast. Had some issues with a lot of thorns in the garden - dog paws suffered! Wifi was intermittent and unreliable but may have been an isolated problem that week.

The cottage is excellent- very clean and comfortable Plus everything needed to enhance our stay including good facilties, WiFi and a Smart tv Our dog loved the large secure garden Location was very quiet and with easy access to Sheringham, Blakeney, Wells, Cromer and Holkheim and other coastal spots with 3 National Trust properties close by

Lovely bungalow situated in a very quiet location. Fully enclosed garden for my dog to play in. Pub and shop/cafe 5 mins walk, beach about 20mins walk. The bungalow had everything we needed for our stay.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. For a bungalow, the steps leading out to the garden and from the kitchen to the side of the bungalow were very steep and would not suit anyone with any ability issues. Access to the garden room is only via these steep steps and no WiFi available there. We never used the garden room for these reasons. The Read morepub in the village is excellent for food and would recommend booking in advance. The coffee shop opposite the pub is also worth a visit. Hide

A very comfortable light and airy bungalow. Very clean with all the accessories and equipment you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Good location for walking the dog and lovely view of the windmill to the rear. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Top marks for a meal at the local pub "The Ship Inn".

A very quiet area with the sounds of the sea on one side and the steam train on the other side. Very convenient to have a community area to walk the dog, or walk across to the beach.

Comfortable, well equipped bungalow. Weybourne is a nice village with a great pub. The location is ideal for lots of places. Would also recommend The Dormy House Hotel for a great roast and very dog friendly. We had a really nice week and although the weather was a bit cold and damp, the bungalow was very warm and comfortable

Lovely stay in spacious clean comfortable bungalow. The bungalow had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The welcome milk and chocolate cakes were very much appreciated. The garden was lovely and secure for our 2 border terriers. The area is a good base for visiting Norfolk we had some fabulous days out. The Read moreonly slight disappointment was that the beach was very pebbly and not suitable for our dogs to walk on. A comfortable stay in a property recently undergoing refurbishment. Well equipped and clean. Lovely enclosed garden, safe for dog to run around, with nice outlook to surrounding countryside. Quiet location, short walk to village and a bit further to the shingle beach. About a mile walk to North Norfolk Railway, steam trains could be heard in the diRead morestance. Rosedale is a lovely, spacious bungalow in an extremely quiet residential road. The property is nicely furnished and in a great location for visiting the surrounding villages and towns. If you want peace and quiet in lovely surroundings I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely like to return.

Lovely quiet location with a beautiful view out the back to a windmill and community dog walking space. The twin bedroom was more spacious than in the photographs which was a real plus as we had six adults aged from 85 years to 30 years plus two dogs. Very spacious bungalow . The garden area was fabulous as it was enclosed and plenty of room for the dog to run around Used the conservatory more than the garden room as we were out visiting places every day. Disappointed it was a pebbly beach and further away from the bungalow than expected.

Lots of space, clean and tidy, but very confusing layout. Light switches in strange places, table in kitchen which blocks back door and a few other niggly things. Nothing to ruin a holiday but could be organised better.

Lovely bungalow in a quiet village 5 mins walk from the pub and cafe. 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach or a little longer if taking the windmill/coastguard cottages path. Spacious well enclosed garden for the dog too. Easy access to the rest of the North Norfolk coast and inland attractions too.

Bungalow was very clean, cosy and so peaceful. Loved watching the woodpecker and pheasant with n the garden. This is one of the best equipped holiday let we have stopped in.

We booked this property for a lovely Christmas away in one of our favourite holiday locations, beautiful North Norfolk the property is in lovely village with amenities and nice walks. The property is very spacious and comfortable with good facilities and comfortable beds, however, it had not been decorated for Christmas which was a big let down we Read morehad gone for a special Christmas getaway and it felt just like any other week and had we known we would not have bothered.
