Great property ideal for us. We were a group of four friends on a boys weekend and we could not have picked a better place. Parking for four cars, table tennis, darts and nice comfortable beds. The only negative I could find was personally I am not a fan of electric hob ovens! Otherwise ideal and good value. Also Sharon was a great host, informativRead moree and extremely helpful. Hide

A charming and well equipped barn conversion. Sharon the owner, made some very thoughtful touches such as milk, tea, coffee on arrival. The barn has been converted to a lovely standard whilst maintaining traditional charm with modern comforts. The barns location is perfect for exploring the local area with some lovely walks on the doorstep. The heaRead morert of the Forest is approximately 5-15 minutes drive depending on destination. The barn was as advertised, beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Welcomed with fresh cut hydrangeas on the table, a lovely touch. Also an unexpected bonus was the stunning little garden, where we could watch the House Martins dip in and out of the eves of the house next door, the bird feeder in the garden attracted robins, blue Read moretit, cole tits, sparrows and 2 squirrels darting around chasing each other. A little piece of heaven Well located for days out too. Hide

The Barn is great, everything is provided, beds comfy, internet and WiFi work well. Kids rated it "best ever" due to all the things to do. Location is very good, with most area attractions within a few miles. Two good pubs that are dog and kid friendly are within 2 miles.

We'd just returned from a 3 night stay (incl. a 5-yr old and a dog!) and had a lovely time at Folly Barn. We loved the space and light, with ample heating and the best rain shower ever! A great location for exploring the Forest of Dean, incl. Puzzlewood and Symonds Yat Rock. A great, family space with everything we needed - from the perfect teenage space upstairs, the enclosed garden for our dog, to the comfy beds, table tennis, darts board and well-equipped kitchen. Also a great spot to explore the local area. Highly recommend

Folly Days Barn is a great base to explore a beautiful landscape. We were able to walk out the front door directly on to footpaths that lead to Symonds Yat and cycling, kayaking, walking further afield were a short drive away. Games room is great for those rainy days you don't want to venture out.
