Next to the utility room, there is a shower room with a shower cubicle and WC. Moving back down the hallway, you come to the lounge with dual aspect windows and views of the rear garden and stunning forest beyond. There are two large comfortable sofas and two easy chairs to settle back into while you catch up with your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms; each with a hair dryer for your use during your stay. The third bedroom can sleep three in a double bed with single bunk bed over (children only), plus there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. The modern family bathroom features a 'P' shaped bath with shower over and WC.

Outside the generous garden offers a variety of areas to sit back and relax. Kielder Kip House is in an ideal location to explore Kielder and surrounding Northumberland. Walking/cycling trails are on the doorstep and other local attractions, such as Vindalanda, or Cumbria and Scottish Borders are a short drive away. Wonderful cottage, real home from home. The dogs loved it too and despite the dubious weather we had a fabulous time.

This is an excellent place to stay. The cottage is warm and cosy, it has everything you need and more. We loved the flowers, wine and scones left as a welcome for us. Fantastic location for walking and visiting market towns in both Northumberland and into Scotland. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful yet active holiday. The only sliRead moreght negative is the pub isnt great but there are other pubs close enough for this not to matter. Hide
