There is a vast choice of walks from your doorstep, from farm tracks to bridleways, walk the old railway track from Ilminster to the market town of Chard, or visit the Blackdown Hills. Retail therapy can also be found at Clarks Village and the larger towns of Yeovil and Taunton. Explore the famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline where you can go fossil hunting on Charmouth beach or visit Lyme Regis, Dorset’s iconic seaside town. Nearby are National Trust's Barrington Court, Lytes Cary Manor and Montacute House and don’t forget to visit Glastonbury, Cheddar, Wells, or the nature reserves on the Somerset Levels.

When upon entering the property, you will be greeted by immaculate accommodation, comprising of an open-plan living space. The comfortable lounge area has a sofa and easy chair, next to the chair you will find two USB charging ports for your phones and tablets, there is also a TV which is connected to SKY Q-box and a flame effect electric fire making the lounge space very cosy. The shaker style cream kitchen is fully equipped comprising of an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, large wine chiller, fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser on the door, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sink area has a hot tap for all your hot drink needs however, there is also a coffee machine within the kitchen area. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a contemporary shower room with a large shower and WC. ALEXA controls the stair lighting, bedroom lighting and one bedside light, giving a book reader control of the second bedside light. When it’s time to retreat to your bedroom you will find waiting for you a good size bedroom with exposed ceiling beams and comfortable king-size bed for a restful night sleep. The dressing area has ample clothing storage in the four double wardrobes and a good size dressing table. The en-suite bathroom has been built into the eaves of the property giving you a WC and bath to soak away the days adventures with mood lighting and candles (electric) to set the scene.

Heading outside from the back door is the outside space it is decked and fully enclosed with table and chairs, it is a morning suntrap, enjoy your morning coffee, or in the evening drink a glass of wine to unwind from the day, there is a power source by the seating area for laptops, just inside of the back door are two USB charging ports for your electric devices, with rear gate access if you like walking. There are many walks in the area some very rugged and others flat and level. If you have a four-legged friend or if you wish to wash your boots you will also have a dog shower facility. There is also off-road parking for one car at the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
