If you’re a fan of nature and wildlife, then the Hamford Water Nature reserve is just under fifteen miles away and offers you a fantastic place in which to spot different species of birds. The property itself is located on the stunning grounds of the owner’s estate as well as being on the fringes of the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers you some stunning walks for both yourself and your four-legged friend. Other attractions within a fifteen-mile radius include the famous and spectacular Colchester Zoo and the Seaquarium located om the pier at Clacton-on-Sea.

Guests enter the property by the front door and you arrive in an open-plan living area. The lounge area has a large sofa and as well as a large screen television which is mounted on the wall, with French doors leading to the patio area. Should you wish to dine in and relax then there is a table and two chairs in the lounge area. The kitchen area has a small combination microwave oven, along with a fridge and a separate freezer on the kitchen side. The bedroom has a king-size bed having ample wardrobe and storage space and next along which completes the layout is the shower room which also has a WC.

There is no enclosed garden area, but a communal patio area to the rear of the property which does have a table and chairs should you wish to soak up some sun. There is a large communal green area to the front of the property should you wish to have a morning stroll before heading out for a fun filled day. There is off road parking for one car to the rear of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
