Close to the sandy shores of Crooklets beach, you’ll enjoy a delightful break with easy access to so many local attractions, spectacular landscapes, and heritage sites. The property offers delightful accommodation in a pleasant location overlooking the golf course and dunes. You are close to Bude town and also well placed to wonder the south West Coast Path and explore the wonderful coastline and surrounding area. A few miles to the north will bring you into Devon, where the fishing village of Clovelly can be found with its steep cobbled streets. Alternatively, travel down to the south which will bring you to Boscastle and close by Tintagel, where you can cross the bridge over the spectacular rocky chasm which separates the remains of the 13th-century castle.
A flight of internal stairs from the main entrance takes you to the third floor apartment where you enter into the lounge/diner with comfy sofas set around the Smart TV with views overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well appointed with electric oven, two zone induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Completing the apartment is the double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Down to the ground floor, you will find a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and wet suit drying area together with a shower room to wash off the salt and sand after a day on the beach (no need to change out of your wetsuits at the beach). Dogs are also catered for with a fabulous dog bath and grooming area.
The shared outside space at the front of the property with seating offers a great space to relax and take in the views over the golf course and down to the beach, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant within the apartment block. The off-road parking to the front of the property is limited and on a first-come first serve basis, alternatively, there is street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display parking in the beach car park very close by.
