Nestled in a splendid peaceful setting at the foot of the mighty Ben Nevis, amid 10 acres of beautiful private woodland. Situated on a 500-acre working highland farm bordered by the river Lochy. Livestock includes ponies, Highland cattle, Lleyn sheep and hens. There is also an abundance of wildlife to spot including roe deer, red squirrels and a variety of birds. Enjoy scenic walking and biking on the farm, or fishing and kayaking on the River Lochy. Easy access to the magnificent Ben Nevis and the Nevis Range for skiing, mountain biking and climbers to explore Britain’s Highest Peak. With Fort William (the outdoor capital of the UK) close at hand with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities.

Stepping inside this spacious lodge set amongst 10 acres of natural woodland with spectacular views towards the mighty Ben Nevis into the hall, perfect place to store all of your outdoor clothing. Through to the light and bright fantastic open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with floor to ceiling windows with magnificent mountain views. The large comfortable lounge area has a TV, has light streaming in from all directions and underfloor oak flooring throughout, with a wonderful central wood burner, ideal for cosy nights in after a day out exploring. The kitchen and breakfast bar area is the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and a handy dishwasher. The spacious dining area is ideal to enjoy family meals together with ample comfortable seating with wonderful mountain and forest views to enjoy. There is a handy separate WC located just off the spacious open-plan area, and a light and bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is a further double bedroom and a delightful twin bedroom, both with ample storage space and wonderful views. Finally completing the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC, with utility area with washing machine. A spiral staircase in the open-plan living area leads up to a mezzanine level with TV/DVD and sofa bed (suitable for an additional guest). There are also stairs from the hall up to a spacious king-size bedroom, with separate balcony overlooking the lounge area.

Venturing outside there is a large patio located directly in front of the lodge with seating area, perfect for al fresco dining, or a lazing evening star gazing across the magnificent Nevis range. There is also a secure bike storage with chest freezer. Ample off-road parking is available in front of the lodge.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
