This is charming cottage is located in the pretty village of Woodgreen, on the northern edge of the New Forest National Park. This region is renowned for its picturesque landscape, idyllic villages and free-roaming ponies. Many wonderful walks and cycle routes can be accessed easily from the property, taking in all that this popular area has to offer. The village itself is serviced by pub and shop and provides the perfect base for touring. Head to the towns of Fordingbridge and Ringwood, where you can find a good selection of restaurants and shops alongside independent shops or travel south to the coast and explore the harbour at Lymington or historic Beaulieu, with its motor museum and Palace House.

Cross the cattle grid into the private gravel driveway of the cottage. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway leading to the inviting lounge on your left. This characterful room has a wood burner, original beams and a TV. Across the hallway is a snug that is the ideal spot to curl up with a good book, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC. Set to the rear of the property is a contemporary kitchen that is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
