This reverse level barn conversion is ideally located to explore the glorious Northumberland coast and countryside with all it has to offer with something for everyone.

Located on the Northumberland Heritage Coast, close to Bamburgh, Holy Island and miles of beautiful, wide sandy beaches. Waren Mill is a quiet hamlet just across the road from Budle Bay which forms part of Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve, and is popular for its bird-watching and photography opportunities. Bamburgh is around three miles away with its famous castle and beautiful sandy beach. Take a trip across the tidal causeway to Holy Island (Lindisfarne) or a boat trip from Seahouses to the Farne Islands with their amazing bird life. The lovely seaside villages of Craster, Alnmouth, Warkworth and Beadnell are nearby. Travelling inland, the Cheviot Hills are within easy reach. Alnwick and Berwick are a short drive away and provide a wider range of shopping and dining opportunities.

Entering this reverse level property on the ground floor, you will find the bathroom is to your to right with a shower over bath and WC. Completing the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one twin and one double. Heading up the stairs you will come to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which still retains the original beams and a wonderful high ceiling. In the lounge you will find two sofas surrounding the Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, a great place to sit and relax. Next is the dining area with a table and seating for four, perfect to catch up over the days adventures and plan the next. Heading outside there is an outdoor table and chairs, perfect to dine alfresco in the shared courtyard. There is a private parking space for one car at the back of the property. Please note this property has a private water supply.

Beautiful little cottage in a fabulous location, the best of Northumberland within easy reach on bike or car. Amazingly close to the coastline (just over the road!) Only thing to watch for is no pavement to get onto the Bamburgh side of the coast and cars come round a sharp bend quite fast. Can be a bit daunting, especially with children or a dog.

Absolutely lovely accommodation in a fantastic spot, everything you would need in your own home is in there. Very cosy and warm, plenty of books and games if you want to stay in. Great location to head off north or south on some of the most beautiful coastal and beach walks in the country, if youre the type that want a shop or pub on your doorstep Read morein the evening then its not for you as you will need to drive 5 or 10 minutes to the nearest ones. Smugglers Hideaway is a lovely cottage, tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, mainly on a coastal theme, which is very fitting for its location. It is a cosy, quiet and relaxing place to holiday in, just what we wanted. It is well-equipped for catering with plenty of useful items. There are many thoughtful touches which we appreciated - gRead morereat book choices, board games and jigsaws, cookery books and maps etc. The weather meant that we did not feel the lack of a garden. We enjoyed our stay . The cottage was very clean and comfortable .Great location to see all the main sites of the area and the beautiful coastline.
