This beautiful semi-detached blue lias stone converted barn nestles in a quiet setting yet is just a short stroll from an array of amenities in the vibrant heart of Glastonbury, and provides a relaxing couples retreat.

Stroll out directly from the property and into the heart of Glastonbury where you will find an array of independent eateries alongside bookshops, jewellers, crystal shops, clothing boutiques, and galleries. In addition to the shops and restaurants the famous Chalice Well Gardens and Glastonbury Abbey and Tor are also well worth a visit and fascinating places to visit. Glastonbury has many exciting events including the Glastonbury Frost Fayre, Carnival, Fairy Ball, Spiritual Fayre and more. Alternatively jump in your car or on the local bus and enjoy a trip to Wells, the smallest city in England and famed for its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. Beautiful country cottage, very comfortable & cosy. Perfect location, walking distance to town & amenities. You feel like you're in the countryside but near shops etc if needed too. Great cottage, lovely private garden thats not overlooked. The folding doors are fantastic for bringing the outside in. Lovely layout. Fantastic powerful shower with plenty of room. Great location. We loved our stay and will be back next year.

A very comfortable place to stay. A short easy walk to Glastonbury town and enjoyed a day at Wincanton races which is close by. Rainbows end restaurant in Glastonbury is good for vegetarian and vegan food.

A cosy, beautifully appointed and well designed cottage, it really had everything you could wish for for a comfortable, convenient and relaxing stay. The owner was very friendly and on hand for anything we needed. Great location and easy access to nearby towns.

What a beautiful cottage. Absolutely stunning conversion with a lovely blend of old and new, great location for Glastonbury, literally 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Piggin. . The bifold doors and garden are lovely for evening drinks. The kitchen was well equipped but we ate in the many places in Glastonbury. A lovely cottage and perfectly sized for a long weekend escape. Easy walk into Glastonbury and the Tor. Was lovely to be able to open the bifold doors on to the little garden and have our breakfast in the sunshine!

Piggin is a beautifully converted, well appointed barn. The attention to detail is impressive, the decor tasteful and cosy and everything is so comfortable that it didnt matter that I arrived during a couple of days of storms. Glastonbury is a very short walk and lots to do and see within a few miles. The only unexpected point was the proximity to Read morean A road but it wasnt visible from the cottage and couldnt be heard once youre indoors. All in all a lovely stay and Id highly recommend it.
