This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Situated directly opposite the town’s wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide.  A wealth of pubs, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, makes this a great property for couples. With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is a good place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show.  Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and in the Seven Sisters Country Park. For those looking to soak up a bit of local culture during their stay, the Eastbourne Towner Gallery and local theatres are all within walking distance.  Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this first floor split-level apartment.

Enter the apartment into the spacious hallway which leads through into the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Comfortable sofas provide the perfect spot from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views and watch the world go by, and a Smart TV, DVD player and a range of DVD’s and books offer entertainment on chilly days. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Tassimo coffee machine. Enjoy whipping up a delicious meal before dining at the table and chairs whilst savouring the fantastic views. From the hallway a small set of steps lead down to the two bedrooms, a king-size with TV and en-suite WC, and a double bedroom. The property is completed with a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside there is a balcony with two sets of bistro tables and chairs. Please note that access to the balcony is reached by the lower sash of the window section. There is roadside parking, subject to availability, for which a permit for one car per night is provided.

Great week at this lovely apartment. Beautiful sea views and central to amenities. The most comfortable bed ever. It's equipped with everything you might need and there is plenty of storage space. Only downside is that the bedroom window backs onto the rear of the queens hotel and can be noisy with staff coming in and out and deliveries early in thRead moree morning. This wouldn't stop us staying here again though. Overall very pleasant stay. Hide

Very comfortable newly renovated apartment on the first floor with superb sea views and immediate access to promenade and pier and short walk to town centre. Modern double glazing screened any traffic noise at the front and the bedroom windows are on a quiet street at the back of the property. Very well equipped and thoughtful basics like tea coffeRead moree milk etc provided and a Tesco Express is only about 150m away. The two of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back at some stage. Hide
