Wonderful little cottage in a fabulous location for walking and bird-watching. We spotted 43 different species of birds between the fells, river banks and bird feeders. The cottage is well equipped for self-catering and the bed was very comfortable. It was useful to have a space to hang coats and keep walking boots.

Lovely place, last cottage on the way to cross fell. Watching the sheep walk past the feature window up to the fell some evenings was a delight. Perfect place for getting away from everything.
