A stunning coastal property in the heart of the wonderful Lytham and only a street away from the Beach and shops, pubs and more.

Located in the centre of Lytham, known for its bistros, shops, festivals and golf courses, this luxurious home an ideal base to explore this beautiful region. Lytham is known for its famous golf course, annual festival and as you stroll along the seafront, you can’t miss Lytham’s Grade II listed Windmill, which has sat on Lytham Green since 1805. Further afield, is the popular resort of Blackpool where your will find the iconic Blackpool Tower, the grand theatre, the winter gardens, or the Zoo; there is something here for everyone to enjoy. With easy access to Preston, Lancaster, the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Morecombe Bay, this is a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

Enter this beautiful home away from home and you will instantly feel and see the thought and effort the owners have put into making this property a fine example of luxury. The lounge is brimming with light and decorated in the style which is akin to a very French look with Chesterfield red leather sofa and high backed armchair, fabric two-seater sofa and antique French window seat all set in front a stunning mantelpiece and Smart TV. Through the archway we find ourselves in the cosy snug which is perfect to kick back and relax with a book or a drop of something after a day out. There is a stunning wood burner with Chesterfield armchair and leather sofa which is cosiness at it’s best. At the rear is the fabulous open-plan kitchen which is modelled after Parisienne apartments and showcases great taste. There is a gas oven and hob along with Smeg fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Smeg washing machine along with a hand-crafted cupboards and carved dining room table and chairs plus glass bi-folding doors to outside which make this room a sun trap and bring the outdoors, in. There is also a separate WC off the kitchen. Heading up to the first floor we have a spacious and uniquely designed bathroom which has a great many wonderful features from the oak built sink unit, old style bathtub and shower which has brass taps and shower head. Up a few steps is the double and king-size bedrooms both with wall mounted Smart TV’s with the king-size bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room. All bedding is hotel quality, Egyptian cotton with Scandinavian goose down pillows and luxury hotel-quality towels are also provided. Up the narrow staircase is the twin room on the second floor with Smart TV and has been styled to reflect the coast which is only down a few minutes away. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside you will find a patio area with seating plus BBQ which is the ideal spot to enjoy an al fresco meal or sit and relax and outside shed with extra fridge/freezer. Also, there is a small garden area to the front of the property with bench. Parking is on street outside the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. House has everything you need, including a BBQ for when it is hot. Close to river for walks, shops and restaurants for dining and Blackpool for family entertainment.

Just stayed at house for a week, had a great break. The house was lovely, very clean & spacious & had everything we needed. The location was also great as could walk to Lytham in a few minutes to the many shops & restaurants & train station in town as well. The host also left a welcome pack & was there to help if we needed anything.

What a delightful house! The location is great, as you can easily walk into the town centre or the beach. The owner has clearly spent a lot of time decorating and furnishing the house. I have stayed in many rental properties in the UK over the years and I can honestly say every little detail has been considered for guests from a lovely welcome packRead more to a fully equipped kitchen to outdoor furniture & picnic ware and much more. The owner was very helpful & we only wished we could have stayed longer Hide
