Surrounded by picturesque countryside and ideally placed for touring, the village of Chaldon Herring is the perfect choice for a relaxing break. Two miles to the south is the Jurassic Coastline, A UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can explore many beautiful beaches and some of Dorset’s most photographed landmarks including Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Dorchester, Dorset’s county town, is easily accessible from here and has a good selection of entertainments and amenities, including museums, cinemas and high street shops. Set two miles from the South West Coast Path, you can take in the fresh sea air or head inland and explore the many cycling routes weaving through this verdant landscape.

A shared pathway leads from the parking area to main entrance into this terraced single storey property. Immediately on the left is the kitchen. This contemporary space is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. Immediately opposite is the first of two bedrooms. This pretty double has been decorated with care and overlooks the front garden. Heading across the hall you will find the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC and the other bedroom, also a double. To the rear of the property is a comfortable lounge, complete with wood burner and TV with DVD. Leading on from here is a light and bright sun-room that runs across the width of the building. With space to dine, inviting sofa’s and views of the garden, this is a lovely spot in which to relax.

Heading outside from the sun-room you will find a private garden enclosed by hedging and fencing and with a small lawn area. Enjoy a drink at the table and chairs or light up the BBQ and dine outdoors.
