Great day outs in the Snowdonia national park with its excellent selection of outdoor pursuits and fabulous mountain scenery is also easily accessible.

Head upstairs and you will find two further bedrooms a king-size with TV and a twin along with a shower room with shower and WC, all the rooms on this floor have sloping ceilings and velux windows.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear, with a patio and lawn, whilst at the front the lawned garden has spectacular views over the bay. There is off road parking for two cars , but please be aware that the driveway is sloping and narrow, there is always plenty of parking available just outside on the road.

This property is too good for a holiday let; everything really does feel like home and leaving the property at the end of our stay was difficult. OK we had extremely good weather but the facilities were excellent and included top range kitchen appliances, first class bathrooms and from the front of the property such amazing views over the sea; the Read morebeach being a short walk away. A few minutes stroll to the shops and a promenade to walk off the calories, or run off you choose? Hide

The property itself was superb it suited our family well with children and a wheelchair user. We could not have sorted things out better if we planned the house ourselves
