Luxurious grand house with an abundance of space for all and your own private hot tub and many more amazing features to create a memorable holiday.

Whether you are looking for an active holiday or a relaxing break, Southport has something to offer everyone. Ideally located between Liverpool and Blackpool along the Sefton Coast, Southport has over 22 miles of coastline and one of the oldest piers in the UK. The pier, along with the fun fair, Ferris wheel, Splash World indoor water park, bowling, cinema, theatre, laser quest and restaurants are all a short walk away. Blackpool, with many attractions including the famous tower, beach, zoo, Pleasure Beach, Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds, is within an hour’s drive.

As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in a smart home with built in google assistant, heating controls for each floor, plus speakers throughout the property, which do make this a truly one of a kind house. The lounge has a superb open-fire with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by a large sofa and two armchairs. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need with a Smart TV, dining table and chairs for your feasts of an evening. The kitchen is equipped with Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar. There is also a utility room leading off this with a washer/dryer. In addition, there is a ground floor WC before the stairs. Heading up to the first floor there are three king-size bedrooms. Two of the rooms have en-suite showers and WC, also with controls to choose the temperature and music. A main shower room compliments this floor with shower and WC, again with the controls to choose the temperature and music. Leading up to the second floor we have a twin bedroom, two bunk bedrooms and bathroom with bath, shower and WC. All the bedrooms have Smart TV’s and the bunk rooms have games consoles.

Outside is a joy with so many fantastic options on offer. Sit back and relax in the hot tub, enjoy a time in the sauna and then rinse yourself off at the outdoor shower. There is a brilliant built in charcoal BBQ with covering and seating surrounding a chimenea plus AstroTurf lawn down a few steps. There is ample off-road parking for this property.

Fantastic location, the house was spotless and beautiful and the owner was pleasant and accessible when we needed to contact. Would highly recommend you stay at Cumberland house had a fantastic time
