A wonderful holiday cottage for the whole family, ideally located in the pretty village of Brockenhurst the largest village in the New Forest. Although you are surrounded by some of the most beautiful forest landscapes with free roaming wild ponies, deer and cattle, you have the convenience that Brockenhurst train station is located on the Waterloo line, therefore easily accessible. Take a stroll or hop on your bike into the village centre where you will find bundles of charm and history, alongside a wonderful range of independent local shops, cafes and a trendy wine bar. There really is something for everyone. If a family day out is more your style, then head to Peppa Pig world at Paulton’s Park nearby. You can also have a spa day at one of the local hotels within walking distance.

Enter this stylish property via the hallway into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is a great spot to sit and relax in front of the TV after a full-on day exploring the local area. Cook up a beautiful meal in the kitchen which comes complete with electric oven and induction hob, American-style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room with a sociable dining table is great for gathering the whole family, with patio doors leading out into the garden, it’s the ideal spot for indoor outdoor living. A cloakroom with WC completes this level. Venture up to the first floor where you are met with the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. The twin bedroom sits next door with views over the rear garden, the king-size bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes and TV, with the final bedroom on this level featuring one single bed. Head up to the next floor where the super-king-size bedroom is located complete with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Lovely house in a great location. House has everything you need. Kitchen is very well equipped and lounge comfortable and good size smart TV. Brockenhurst is a lovely place. Great pubs, restaurants and takeaways all in walking distance and loads of great walks from the house. Highly recommend

Fabulous interiors Kitted to a very high standard Heating perfect Beds super - great sleep !! 5 star hotel standard and more Thoughtful and lovely hamper left Note : Loft bedroom too much of a climb daily if forgetting something but its the largest so note if your knees not great! Would return!

Beautiful property with excellent location. We were 2 adults, 3 children and a dog. We had the best time, walked over 100km. We know the area very well. We didnt get in the car once which was lovely. Great facilities for the dog-supplied bowls, towel and outdoor hose. Will most definitely go back.

Kingfisher Cottage was perfect for our week away in the New Forest with our daughter and grandchildren. Loads to do even in the rain, shops and cafes just a short walk away. Highly recommend this cottage.

Kingfisher Cottage was lovely, the property has all mod cons and was very clean and comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing.. The location is perfect with picturesque walks from the door, shops within walking distance and all sorts of pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. We had the perfect Christmas holiday would highly recommend

We booked the cottage for a family stay, grandparents, parents, two young children and the whippet. It worked very well, plenty of space for everyone, a good kitchen, comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Good location for the type of small outings enjoyed by young children, they loved to see the ponies and donkeys roaming free nearby. We really enjoyed our stay at Kingfisher Cottage. Very spacious, very well equipped and very clean. Perfect for our mixed age group and we loved the location.

This cottage was perfect for our family holiday. There was room for us all from m grandchild to Great Grandmother. The facilities were excellent and we were perfectly placed to go out and explore the wonders of The New Forest.

Lovely house in a great location for the town, pubs and restaurants. Good kitchen so you can eat in as we were often shattered by the evening, from walking though the forest with the family and dogs or along the cost. Would recommend as we have stayed in others in this area and they are not up to this standard

We had such a lovely 2 night stay. The accommodation was perfect for our group with so many amenities. It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was fantastic. Would recommend the Italian restaurant Albero a short walk away and The Pig which was delicious with beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this accomodation!

We stayed at Kingfisher Cottage for a week and had a wonderful time. The cottage is modern, spacious, well equipped and enjoys a fantastic location (minutes away from lovely pubs, restaurants, walks and Brockenhursts village centre). We appreciated the cottages storage space and its enclosed rear garden (lovely and safe for our two dogs). Our family enjoyed an excellent holiday in Kingfisher Cottage over the Christmas period. First impressions were excellent, a pretty Christmas tree and a welcome hamper; we felt right at home straightaway. This is the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. We love Brockenhurst and have spent the last few years exploring the local area. Great location and beautifully presented. It was very suitable for the dog as there was a stair gate and the garden was completely enclosed. When I thought I'd lost the key everyone was very helpful.
