You will be ideally situated to explore all that North Devon offers, and with Tunnels Beach just a short stroll away you can enjoy a drink or ice cream in the sun. Alternatively, head to the high street and discover a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants, or head down to the pretty harbour where you will find Verity, Damien Hirst’s famous sculpture. Further sand and sea can be found just a short drive away at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, all offering excellent surfing opportunities. Other places of interest accessible from here include the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the National Trust's Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.

On entering this attractive and stylish first floor apartment, you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/diner with the kitchen ahead. Within the stylish kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The welcoming and bright lounge dining area has a Smart TV and is a delightful space to relax in. The dining area is ideally situated whether you’re grabbing a snack or sitting down to a special meal. The bedrooms are beyond the kitchen and consist of a king-size ( zip and link) with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. A twin room also with TV and a spacious single room. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a bath with shower over and WC.

Heading outside and to the rear is a raised patio area accessed concrete steps. The area has garden furniture and lockable store with charcoal BBQ. Roadside parking is available to the front of the property (subject to availability) alternatively, there are long stay public car parks located nearby and a parking permit can be purchased from the local council.

Comfortable, well equipped accomodation. Lack of secure garden for dogs which was not clear. Short walk to Ilfracombe town centre and harbour. Supermarket at bottom of road. On street parking, lucky to get space along the road most days, otherwise parking along next street.

We found the accommodation was clean with comfortable beds and well equiped for our needs. It is in a great location. Parking is sometimes difficult, but with 2 vehicles we always manage to find a space in the street.

Really good location, just a short walk to the Tunnels beach. The town and harbour are also just a short walk. Excellent spacious accommodation with good facilities and equipped really well. Had a lovely holiday in Ilfracombe, thank you.

We will definitely be back! Stunning apartment, immaculately presented and so comfortable to stay in as a family of 4. Location was perfect for an easy walk to Tunnels beach and down to Ilfracombe harbour. Supermarket at the end of the road very convenient for warm bread in the morning! On street parking was reasonably easy to find and wasnt a probRead morelem with the public car park so close by. Very useful information left by the owners and a lovely unexpected treat! Thank you! A beautiful property ideally suited to our needs and location was perfect for local shops harbour and tunnel beaches. Frequent bus service to Woolacombe and Westward Ho.

Fantastic location with parking in street. Close to bars, restaurants, harbour etc. There was only the two of us, but cottage easily comforts more. Very spacious.
