A stylish two-bedroom cottage, located in the pretty village of Yarmouth, within easy access to explore all the delights on offer on the Isle of Wight.

Situated in Yarmouth, one of the gateways onto the Island, this cottage is located in an ideal area to explore all the Isle of Wight has to offer, with many cafes, restaurants and shops close by and the walking and cycling trails within easy access. Head out and explore the West Wight, with the beautiful beaches of Freshwater and Colwell Bays, or why not enjoy a day out at the famous Needles. There is so much to see over on the east side of the Island also, with the seaside resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor both offering so much to see and do.

On entering this cottage, you will truly appreciate the wonderful finish achieved by the owners with their recent renovations in 2020. The lounge is where you will be welcomed first, complete with wall mounted ethanol fireplace to cosy up around, or why not sit and enjoy a film on the TV. Head on into the open-plan kitchen/diner boasting patio doors out into the garden. The kitchen comes complete with electric oven and gas hob, microwave with an additional small oven, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, slimline dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The island in the middle of this space separates the chef from the rest of the group, who can gather around the dining table with ample seating, the ideal space to socialise. Head upstairs where you will find both double bedrooms, one benefits an en-suite bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment and WC, there is also a separate shower room with WC which completes this level.

The enclosed rear garden with patio, fire pit, charcoal BBQ and seating can be accessed via the patio doors from the kitchen, this makes for the perfect space to enjoy that combination of indoor/outdoor living, your four legged friends will truly enjoy this space, there is also an outdoor cold shower to wash off muddy paws. The garden can also be accessed via a lockable side gate, perfect for bike storage. There is off-street parking for up to two cars at the front of the house.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beautiful spacious and well equipped cottage with a secure garden that our dog thoroughly enjoyed. Thoughtful touches on arrival such as local milk, butter, bread, eggs, cake etc. Easy walk into Yarmouth and its charming shops. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location within easy walking distance of Yarmouth. We ate at Off the rails which was along route of Freshwater footpath near house...you need to book though. Cottage was well equipped and comfortable.

The owners of this cottage have put a lot of thought into its renovation and it is well equipped and modern. As it was only my husband and myself, there was plenty of room. The kitchen is ultra modern with new appliances - dishwasher, washing machine and double ovens. I loved the American style fridge/freezer. Simply fantastic! A beautifully appointed and equiped property. Thoughtfully and generously prepared for guests. The cost is absolutely at the right price point for such a super cottage in the area. The location is perfect for walking into Yarmouth and accessing the rest of the island either by private or public transport. Exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is lovely, very comfortable beds and very well equipped. Location is fabulous, right by a cycle track to freshwater in one direction and in the other there is the beach with wonderful sunsets. Loved our stay,
