The accommodation is open-plan, warm and inviting, with space to relax. Entering the front door, you find yourself in the entrance hall with open tread staircase to your left and the lounge area on your right. Continue ahead and the property opens to uncover the large kitchen/diner, which has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, with the help of the electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. If you need to do laundry during your stay, there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to a separate WC. A door from the utility area leads to another small room which is cosy and warm, as its where the boiler is housed and ideal for your four-legged friends’ basket or dog bed. An internal door from here also leads to the garage/games room with pool table, table football and other garden games. Heading back through the kitchen to the dining area there is a large table with chars to seat 6 comfortably and a wall mounted Smart TV. Bi folding doors from the dining area lead out to the decking and garden beyond and allow natural light to flood in. Relax and unwind in the contemporary lounge, which benefits from another large wall mounted Smart TV, comfy seating, as well as books and board games to enjoy. Heading up the attractive open tread staircase to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms, 1 king-size and 1 double both with an en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC, the third bedroom is a zip-and-link twin room (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside from the dining area onto a sunny composite decked patio with rattan style garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining plus there is a firepit for when the sun goes down. Steps down from the decking area lead to a large lawn area, fully fenced and ideal for ball games. At the front of the property is a driveway with space for 2 or 3 cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
