Located within the grounds of a complex of properties, you have the benefit of a beautiful sandy beach within a few metres’ walk where you can play, walk, paddle and picnic, plus an enclosed garden to extend your days outside. Head into the village for a choice of two popular pub/restaurants, one with its own micro-brewery and visit the local nature reserve for a quiet look at the enchanting birdlife. Play golf at nearby Dunstanburgh’s picturesque golf course or take part in the many water sports at nearby Beadnell Bay. Beach walks with amazing views to Craster and beyond will clear any cobwebs and day trips to Alnwick, Bamburgh, Seahouses and The Farne Islands are a must.

Enter into a wide boot room where you can leave your coats and shoes before heading into the hallway. Turning left takes you into the bright, well-equipped kitchen/diner. Cook up a storm in the kitchen with an electric Range style electric oven and hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The rear door leads out to the side of the cottage with access to the garden. There is also a utility room housing a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The large dining table seats six guests and there is a TV to keep the family cook company. From the hallway, head into the dual aspect lounge with natural light flooding in through two large windows and the conservatory. Comfortable sofas and armchairs allow you to sit back and relax in front of the warming wood burner while you catch up with one another or watch a little TV on the TV/DVD. The conservatory provides an alternative area to relax where you can enjoy your morning coffee or read a book with views of the lovely, mature garden. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all well-furnished and with exposed beams adding to the appeal of the property. The master bedroom has dual aspect windows, so you have views of the garden and to the front, a double bed with a good size wardrobe for your things, a dressing table and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. There is another generous double bedroom, also with dual aspect windows and includes a fitted wardrobe and storage drawers and the third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. The stylish bathroom has a ‘P’ shaped bath with a shower over and WC.

Outside, the enclosed garden offers a tranquil haven for everyone to enjoy. You can dine alfresco on the patio area and steps lead to the spacious lawn where children can run around with the family dog or play on the shared children's play area with swings, slide and climbing frame. There is also shared use of a games room with pool table, table football and Smart TV with Sky Sports and separate WC. Parking for two cars is off-road, in front of the property and there is additional parking available if required onsite.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
