Two small steps from the kitchen area takes you up to where you will find two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a king-size with views across the lake and access to the decked area. The property is completed with a shower room with shower and WC.

French doors open from the lounge area out onto the decking with dining table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst star gazing and wildlife spotting in the evening. A garden gate at the end of the front garden gives direct access to the local countryside footpaths. At the front of the property is parking for two cars. Absolutely loved our stay here. So peaceful! Our children made the most of the pool and loved the zip line, which was a nice surprise. Quiet walks from the doorstep and not far to travel to Eastbourne and Brighton (approx 35min). Would definitely like to go back.

Cottage was beautiful and very well equipped. The owners made us feel very welcome and ensured we had all we needed. The children enjoyed the added bonus of the zip wire and rope swing in the private wooded area. The pool was just what we needed in this heat. Why go abroad when you have gems like this on offer!
