This charming cottage is set on the edge of a peaceful village and is just a short drive away from some of Cornwall's most popular beaches and sheltered coves including Bude, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. There are fantastic walks nearby on the National Trust's heritage coast path, through local hills and woods that offer great views of the dramatic coastal valleys and the crashing Atlantic swell. A public footpath runs across the fields and to the local pub, perfect for an evening stroll and meal. Other attractions, within a short drive, include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park and many more. In the evenings visit one of the many local family pubs serving good food.
On entering this pretty and traditional property you will find yourself in the inviting and cosy lounge/kitchen/diner. The airy and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to relax in, whether you’re watching the TV/DVD or snuggling up in front of the traditional wood burner. The dining area is ideally situated, and the attractive and elegant kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay including electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice box and microwave. Going upstairs you will find two comfy but spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin with TV/DVD. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.
Stepping outside you can relax, and the kids or the dogs can play, in the large enclosed garden which enjoys far reaching views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. There’s a decked area complete with garden furniture and BBQ.
