A superb coastal home perfectly located to make the most of the far-reaching views over Bideford Bay, The Bristol Channel and towards Lundy Island. A short walk takes you to the vibrant seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its long stretch of sandy beach and unique pebble ridge. Within a short drive there is much more to see and do in the area with a host of family attractions nearby which include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way or you can spend a day cycling on the famous Tarka Trail.

Entering the property on the ground floor, the hallway takes you to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features a Smart TV, comfortable seating and French doors which lead out to the rear garden. Leading off the lounge area is a snug room with a Smart TV and desk area, ideal for teens or adults looking for some down time or home working, also books and games can also be found here for you to enjoy, back through to the lounge area and the open-plan kitchen/dining area which offers plenty of room to eat as well as a well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. In the entrance hall there is a separate WC and an internal door leading through to the garage/games room which has a pool table, table football, darts and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up to the first floor there are four bedrooms, one king-size with Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with WC, one twin room with zip-and-link with 2' 6" beds (which can be made up as a king-size on request), one double and one bunk bedroom, both having a sea view. The bathroom completes the accommodation with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside from the lounge area onto a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ ideal for spending relaxed evenings. There is a generous astroturf area, perfect for the children with giant garden games, plus, your own private hot tub. There is off-road parking on the drive for one car, and one car can park on the road across the driveway.

Lovely house easy walk to the beach and shops no need to use the car. Pier House was a good place to eat out also the Cabana behind the tescos did great coffee.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at this superbly located property. The house is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and town. We visit Westward Ho! often and this property really did have everything we needed. There was plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a big hit too! A lovely, bright, comfortable house on a quiet residential street, with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and attractions. The house is very well maintained and was absolutely spotless and is incredibly well equipped: The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Board games and outdoor games were supplied. Great family holiday, 4 adults and 3 kids. Soon as we walked in we loved the house clean and modern, loved the welcome pack especially the doggy one too!!! Like a home from home, games room and the little snug were brilliant ideas kids loved them and had their own little space. Our few nights holiday here in this property was absolutely fabulous. This was our first time down to Devon and it is a new part that we love. We were all so relaxed even our doggie loved it. We loved our stay here. Just what we needed, so relaxing and lots to do in the local area. This was our first visit to North Devon but wont be our last. Beautiful clean property with everything you could need.

A lovely well appointed property, ideal for walking to the beach which is a surfers paradise, or dog owners who like long beach walks. Would recommend Atlantic Fish Bar, order online. Lots of takeaway deliveries in the area, and easy walk to Tesco express, Spar & Londis. The house was clean and tidy, bit more attention needed in the kitchen though.Read more Pool table & hot tub were fab. TV's in all rooms apart from bunk bed room.
