The accommodation is light and airy and full of character and is known to be the oldest building in the area, predating the local church. There are many natural features within the property, reclaimed oak runs through the house and gives a unique and natural vibe. As you step into this remarkable property, you enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen diner, where you step up into the kitchen that is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Moving on there is a small and cosy open-plan lounge/diner featuring rustic slate and hardwood floors and is made up of a dining area, as well as a comfortable lounge with TV. Heading upstairs via the lounge area to the first floor is a tastefully appointed twin room with a peep-hole lookout window to Northam Burrows so you can check the surf from your room. The shower room has a shower and WC with views to the sea. Please note that the layout of the house means that the master bedroom is accessed via the shower room. The Tower is crowned with a bright and airy master double where you can lie in bed with breath-taking views of the sun setting over the sea. The room has exposed beams and views to nearby Westward-Ho! Beach and Lundy Island.
Stepping outside there is a lovely, leafy, suntrap area with outdoor seating, mini BBQ and lawn for playing, including a closed-off pond. The street has plenty of free parking (subject to availability)
