This spacious property is ideal for families looking to visit Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Ringstead Bay and the many other attractions that make the Jurassic Coast a popular choice in any season

The village of Owermoigne has excellent road links, with the nearby A352 leading to the county town of Dorchester in the west and the historic walled town of Wareham in the east. The Jurassic coastline and countryside surrounds have equal appeal, whatever the weather. Owermoigne boasts a well-stocked farm shop selling some fantastic artisan foods as well as essential supplies. Spend your holiday exploring some of Dorset’s best loved landmarks, including Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove or visit the traditional seaside town of Weymouth, Corfe Castle with its National Trust owned ruins, Monkey World, or the Tank Museum, which are all within easy reach.

A gated and paved driveway leads to the level entrance into this semi-detached property. Once inside you are met with a spacious entrance hall with a useful separate WC. A door on the left leads into a comfortable lounge with wood burner & TV. Double doors open from here and leads into the kitchen/diner. This room can also be accessed by heading straight through the hallway and is laid out in an open/plan style with lots of natural light. This well-equipped space has an electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Heading back into the entrance hall you will find a double bedroom (with accessible bathroom available on request) and a pretty twin bedroom with en-suite wet room with shower and WC. Stairs lead up to the first floor and a further two bedrooms, a double and a twin with some areas of restricted head height due to the setting within the eaves. The bedrooms share a wet room with shower and WC.

Heading outside via bi-fold doors from the kitchen or lounge you will find a level patio with a sloping path leading down onto the expansive lawn, which is bordered by mature trees and shrubs. To the front of the property there is ample gated off-road parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
